1. What is God Like?

Psalm 103

v. 1: His name is holy

v. 3: He is forgiving and He is a healer

v. 4: He rescues, shows His love and loyalty publicly, and possesses deep compassion

v. 5: He acknowledges our desires and meets them with good things; He restores the years that were lost.

v. 6: He regards the oppressed and makes sure they receive justice.

v. 8: He is slow to anger, compassionate, gracious, and abounding in love.

v. 9: He doesn't hold grudges

v. 10: He is merciful and does not treat us as our sins deserve

v. 13: He loves those who fear Him as a good father loves His own children

v. 14: He is reasonable in His expectations; He remembers we are mortal

v. 17: He is everlasting

v. 17: His love is everlasting for those who fear Him

v. 19: He is an eternal king and Lord over heaven and earth

v. 20: The mightiest of heavenly creatures serve Him.
